As some of you may know, I recently had my grad show (May 7th-8th at the Roundhouse Community Centre in Yaletown) and it was GREAT! The whole night and day after was so surreal. Thank you to all who came out and to those who couldn’t make it, here are some photos from the event:

A series of photos from my iphone: after receiving prints in the mail, after hanging the first photo on the wall, and opening night with my best friends (we couldn’t get a photo where all our eyes were open haha).
A big thanks to my dad for helping me set-up (I am not much of a handy-woman so I really needed the help) and thanks again to my family and friends for coming out!
A lot of hard work, time and stress went into this night and it felt SO good to actually be able to show off my work and have people like it and appreciate it. On another note, it was my 20th birthday on May 8th! I didn’t get to celebrate too much because I was at the show during the day and was so tired by about 8pm haha but I did get to eat a whole bunch of dessert from friends and family! Thanks for keeping me and my tummy happy 🙂

PS If anyone was wondering I got my photos printed with WHCC and I am really happy with them! I just have to get an office where I can hang them all now :p
